THE SECOND AMENDMENT
TO REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 92/KMK.02/2005 ON STIPULATION OF CERTAIN EXPORTED GOODS AND TARIFFS OF EXPORT LEVY
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,
Considering:
- a. that prohibition on the export of chip materials is regulated on the basis of the provision in Article 76 of Government Regulation No. 34/2002 on Forest Arrangement and Formulation of Plans for Management of Forests, Exploitation of Forests and Use of Forest Areas;
- b. that in the framework of driving up the economic growth in Indonesia and maintaining the availability of domestic need, it is necessary to impose an export levy on chip wood;
- c. that in the framework of providing certainty about the imposition of export levy on chip wood, it is necessary to improve definition of chip wood subjected to the export levy;
- d. that based on the considerations as meant in letters a, b and c, it is necessary to stipulate a regulation of the Minister of Finance on the Second Amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 92/PMK.02/2005 regarding Stipulation of Certain Exported Goods and Tariffs of Export Levy;

- 7. Government Regulation No. 44/2003 on Tariffs of Non-Tax State Revenues Effective Within the Ministry of Finance;
- 8. Government Regulation No. 35/2005 on Export Levies on Certain Exported Goods;
- 9. Presidential Decree No. 20/P/2005;
- 10. Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 557/KMK.04/2002 on Customs Procedures in the Export Field;
- 11. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 92/PMK.02/2005 on Stipulation of Certain Exported Goods and Tariffs of Export Levies.

THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 92/PMK.02/2005 CONCERNING STIPULATION OF CERTAIN EXPORTED GOODS AND TARIFFS OF EXPORT LEVY
Article I
To amend the provision in Roman Figure III of the Attachment to Regulation of the Minister of Finance No.92/PMK.02/2005 on Stipulation of Certain, Exported Goods and Tariffs of Export Levies as already amended by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 130/PMK.010/2005 so as to read as follows:

Article II
The regulation shall come into force as from the date of stipulation
For public cognizance, the regulation shall be published by placing it in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
